Politique d’expédition
Every Little Coders Co order is printed to order at a production site close to you, then delivered by a local carrier. We ship to the United Kingdom, the United States and Europe.
Processing time
Nothing is held in stock: each item is printed after you order it. Printing and quality checks take [3–5] business days before your order is dispatched.
- Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in the country of production.
- Orders placed at weekends or on holidays start processing the next business day.
- Processing can take longer during busy periods such as November and December. We post last order dates for Christmas on the site.
Delivery times
Delivery time starts when your order is dispatched, not when you place it.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs checks, weather and peak-season volume can add time. If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery date in your shipping email, contact us at LittleCoderCo@gmail.com.
Tracking
You receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched.
- Tracking can take 24–48 hours to show its first update.
- Orders are delivered by local carriers such as Royal Mail, DHL and FedEx. The carrier depends on your country, the delivery method and the parcel weight.
- If the tracking link shows no movement for [5] business days, email us with your order number.
Customs, duties and taxes
Most orders are printed in the country or region they are delivered to, so they do not cross a customs border and no import charges apply.
- United Kingdom. Prices include VAT. UK orders are normally printed in the UK.
- United States. Sales tax, where it applies in your state, is added at checkout. US orders are normally printed in the US.
- European Union. Prices include VAT. EU orders are normally printed inside the EU and move freely between member states.
- Other European countries (for example Switzerland and Norway). Your order may be printed in a neighbouring country. Local import duties, taxes or carrier handling fees may then be charged on delivery, and these are the customer's responsibility.
Occasionally an order is printed in a different country because of stock or capacity. If that causes an import charge you did not expect, contact us before paying or refusing the parcel and we will help.
Split shipments, addresses and delivery problems
Orders with several items. Different products can be printed at different sites, so one order may arrive in more than one parcel, on different days. Each parcel has its own shipping email and tracking link. You are not charged extra shipping when we split an order.
Your address. Check your address carefully at checkout. Email us within [2 hours] of ordering to correct it; once printing has started we cannot change it. Parcels sent to a pick-up or service point must be collected by you.
Undeliverable, refused or unclaimed parcels. These are not returned to us. If a parcel cannot be delivered because of the address, or is refused, we can resend it once you pay the cost of the new order. If it is left unclaimed at a pick-up point, we can resend it once you pay the new shipping cost.
